AS1909 Supervisor IC

Low-Voltage μP Supervisory Circuit, Open-Drain Reset

The AS1909 (open drain output with active low reset) is a low voltage supervisory circuit device. Reset thresholds are factory programmable between 1.6V and 2.5V in steps of 100mV. The duration of the reset is 1.5/30/150ms (typ) after the supply voltage has risen above the threshold. The device operates down to 0.7V.
