MAG DRV00002-NP
The MAG-DRV00002-NP simplifies low-side driver solutions by integrating eight individual low-side HV FET drivers, each capable of 125 mA with a maximum switching frequency of 40 kHz. This radiation-hardened octal driver not only consolidates multiple drivers into a single device, but also adds embedded PWM control, reducing the need for external circuitry and control components.
Supporting switching supply rails up to 48V, the MAG-DRV00002-NP is well-suited for applications that require robust voltage handling. Its SPI interface enables straightforward configuration and control, further streamlining the design process.
